Last summer, I happened upon an Estate Sale, and decided to enter the home to see if it might be coming on the market soon. It turned out that it was going to be on the market soon, but given that it was a Trustee Sale, there were certain rules that needed to be met before any offers could be entertained. What to do? After touring the house, I knew it was exactly what we were looking for, but I had no idea how to get ahead of the Estate Sale scenario and the multiple bidder reality that was about to ensue.
